The pull tab on Just Juice containers often fail because it is a faulty design, I dont know how to fix it myself but invite a smart designer to come up with an economic solution.

Specificially it is the silver/ plastic seal that breakes - resulting in to having to use a knife to remove it so that there is a smooth pour.
